You are in a false dichotomy...Catholics and Protestants can both be correct in Dogma and Wrong in Dogma...since Dogma and teachings are so broad...they can be completely wrong in one area of the teachings...
Had a conversion to a new "born-again." She's in her late 60s or 70s, born again for 4 years now. It's the "Praise the Lord." "The Lord told me..." "Spirit led me..."

Her: I was into reiki and didn't know who I was praying to, I met someone who was glowing and I asked her and that's how I got to the church.

Then I told her I was a born-again; I became one when I was 17.... I thought I'd never convert to Catholicism...
So many divisions in Protestants.

I think Protestantism has done as much damage as Catholicism post - reformation. A dog always returns to his vomit. I would just ask, aside from these questions, has the papacy brought Glory to God? It’s rhetorical and I would say absolutely not. Don’t know how any Catholic would even try to defend that. That’s the problem with the ‘institution’. Sorry, that’s never been the intention for the Body of Christ, our Lord’s bride. That’s why He predicted the fall of the temple. That system was about to be shredded. I could go on and on; doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. Worship is not about a mortal man, Mary, Buildings or wafers.
